VT Series Vertical Shaped Glass Edging and Polishing Machine

The VT Series is a vertical shaped glass edging machine that performs grinding, seaming and polishing on the edges of shaped and flat glass. It combines the quality, precision and efficiency that drive competitiveness in the glass industry, processing round, curved and angled shapes with superior surface quality.

With its automatic positioning system and sensor-assisted wheel and felt recognition, it quickly processes glass of different thicknesses and shapes. Working with the same precision on flat, square, rectangular or shaped glass with one straight edge, it performs grinding, seaming, polishing, corner rounding and edge profiling on a single platform. Automatic thickness and size detection allow safe processing of Low-E and coated glass, and it can run standalone or integrated with IG lines.
